Description Job Summary: Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing, theMarketing Manager, KavoKerr Total Carewill participate in overall category strategy, analysis, marketing liaison activities, and dealer programs. The Marketing Manager will support and maintain overall category activity, for new and existing products. Key Responsibilities: * Development and execution of Total Care marketing strategy and supporting tactics * Analyzes market trends, sales and consumer data to identify growth opportunities * Conduct VOC research and unriddle data to unhook recommendations * Developing marketing and sales tools to support existing and new products *Squirein developing campaigns, wayfarers execution and media planning activities * Lead tracking and perform wringer on lead effectiveness * Manage marketing sponsorship logistics for all major events * Close collaboration with waterworks partners and squire in execution of dealer programs * Close collaboration with the sales team profitable with any marketing supported activities * Close collaboration with upstream marketing team on new product ideas and launches Qualification Minimum Job Requirements: * 3-5 years related wits in a marketing role. Preference is for marketing wits to be within the medical device/dental sector. * Proven wits of successfully working with and wideness functional areas * Strong interpersonal skills * Solid oral, written and presentation skills to powerfully communicate and influence a navigate functional team. * A upper stratum of intellectual marvel * Strong tampering skills used to drive-decision making. * Desire to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment * Effective time management skills to ensure on-time wordage of projects * Desire to grow a career within the commercial function. Education: * Bachelor's stratum from a 4-year higher or university required. * Dental/medical device industry wits preferred. Language Skills: * Ability to read, analyze, and interpret unstipulated merchantry periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. * Ability to write reports, merchantry correspondence, and procedure manuals. * Ability to powerfully present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the unstipulated public. Reasoning Ability: * Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of touchable variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. * Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Computer Skills: * To perform this job successfully, an individual should have good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Travel: * Averaging 35% of a monthly schedule (including occasional weekends) is required in performance of this position.
