Description Job Summary: Reporting to the Category Leader for KaVo Kerr Core Equipment, theMarketing Managerwill be subject for creating and executing the marketing trademark plan for key products and services associated with this $50M-$100M portfolio of products comprised of Pelton & Crane and Kavo Treatment Units and Cabinetry. Key Responsibilities: * Category ownership including positioning, market analysis, competitive strategy, and promotion to maximize market share and profitability. * Be Customer-first and Sales-focused- build strong relationships with internal and external customers to understand needs and trends. * Subject-matter-expert on the product portfolio and associated procedures. * Lead the downstream launch planning and execution of flagship products. * Provide input on yearly trademark plan to include digital marketing, lead generation campaigns, advertising, and promotion strategy. * Deploy a multi-faceted mix of wayfarers tactics that includes print ads, eBlasts, uncontrived mail, social media, website, SEM/SEO, imprint ads, webinars, etc. Track and manage key performance metrics for the prescribed campaigns/brands; identify resurgence opportunities; develop and launch countermeasures when necessary. *Unriddlesales and consumer data to identify merchantry trends/ opportunities * Work closely with Sales Ops and Digital Marketing teams on CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) and Marketing Automation (Hubspot) platform management for wayfarers implementation and tracking, lead generation activities, etc. * Conduct consumer VOC to create impactful product positioning based on consumer segmentation to maximize profitability and consumer retention. * Coordinate with fellow marketing managers and the waterworks marketing manager to create symbiotic campaigns to maximize sales of the unshortened portfolio. * Work closely with legal, regulatory, and health superintendency compliance to powerfully navigate the internal and external environment to unzip desired results. Qualification Minimum requirements include: * Bachelor's stratum from a 4-year higher or university required. * 5 years related wits in a product marketing or a classical marketing role required. * 4 years wits working on a commercial team creating marketing strategy. * 4 years wits working with email campaigns required; CRM and/or marketing automation platform wits preferred * 3 years wits analyzing and reporting on sales and VOC data required * Some travel (<20%) is required in performance of this position. PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: * MBA and/or dental/medical device industry wits preferred. * Proven wits of working with and influencing end-user customers. * Strong tampering skills used to drive-decision making and wits towers a merchantry specimen using market and sales data and financial forecast statistics. * Strong interpersonal skills to powerfully work with sales representatives on a daily basis. * Solid oral, written and presentation skills to powerfully communicate and influence a navigate functional team. * A upper stratum of intellectual marvel and constructive time management skills. * Ability to read, analyze, and interpret unstipulated merchantry periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. * Ability to write reports, merchantry correspondence, and procedure manuals. * Ability to powerfully present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the unstipulated public. * Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of touchable variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. * To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
