Description Purpose of Position Accountable for all aspects of AR: maintenance of a wipe and well-judged finance receivable sub ledger, processing consumer enquiries, data entry, billing, invoicing, filling, hodgepodge calls, payment processing, problem solving, and helping other finance team members as needed. Key Responsibilities · Ensure all AR transactions are processed virtuously and on a timely basis. · Daily progress invoicing on large projects, with a tropical relationship working with other Trojan departments to ensure timeliness of billing. · Ensure timely, proactive collections of upcoming and runaway AR invoices. · Daily problem solving and follow up with customers and Trojan toadies located in other locations internationally. · Posting of daily mazuma received and maintaining various spreadsheets for mazuma tracking · Preparation and Sending of monthly worth statements. · Cross training with Transaction Team Members and wideness multiple Trojan divisions as replacement support. · Assist with month-end reconciliation work, SOX (Sarbanes Oxley) compliance, and ACP (Anti-Corruption Policy) compliance as needed. · Assist others in Finance as required (Transactional team and Financial Reporting Team).
