Description •Review, triage and personize complaints as per specified criteria •Enter complaints as needed and per specified criteria •Perform assignable rationalization investigations to identify potential failure modes and failure mechanisms •Assign complaints to the towardly subject matter experts for filed complaints that may require remoter investigation •Determine applicability of the complaints for Medical Device Reporting and Vigilance reporting requirements and work with RA to file MDRs with the towardly regulated agencies •Assist with remoter investigation on complaints that are escalated to CAPAs •Collaborate with subject matter experts as needed •Close complaints ensuring that all necessary information has been thus documented •Participate in wringer of complaint trend reports •Advise and respond to queries on complaints handling •Apply hair-trigger thinking to trouble shooting efforts that support department objectives •Participate in process improvements •Maintain in-process and completed records in vibrations with established visitor procedures •Monitor metrics on the efficacy and efficiency of the complaints handling process and provide regular metric reports to team and to management •Participate in internal and external audits •Ensure compliance of operations within zone of snooping with all relevant EHS regulatory requirement and SCIEX safety policies, procedures and guidelines •Other duties/ ad hoc tasks as assigned. Qualification •3 to 5 years of relevant wits •GMP experience; biotechnology or pharmaceuticals.
